1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. n555 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a placed bet except in circumstances described in category-specific rules.
• n555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on markets that were made available as a result of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice during live sporting events. n555 is not liable for the inability to place a bet during a suspension period.

• Operating more than one account, or assisting another person in operating an account on your behalf or on behalf of a third party.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to exploit pricing or bonus mechanics.

• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Conducting any activity that places a disproportionate or unreasonable load on the Platform's technical infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the n555 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, user interface designs, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of n555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

10. Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised account access resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, n555's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, transaction, or account action, Users must contact n555 support in writing within 30 days of the event in question. n555 will review the dispute and issue a written determination. The decision of n555's disputes team is final and binding, subject only to any mandatory statutory rights available to the User.

11. Privacy and Data
